As a corporate trainer and executive coach, Albert’s impressive list of clients span the mining, banking, telecommunications, insurance, petrochemical and not-for-profit sectors.

Rev. Ocran is a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative and the prestigious Aspen Global Leaders Network based in Colorado, USA. His educational media outreaches include Springboard, the Virtual University, the Springboard Zone and Daily Digest.  Together with his wife, Comfort, he has published 21 bestselling books including the leadership masterpiece, “The Lord, Madiba & The Eagle.” Albert & Comfort travel across Ghana every year with the Springboard Road Show, a series of personal development conferences that empowers emerging leaders.

With a drive to push the African continent higher and a desire to ensure a clean and hygienic Africa, Mr. Martin Brobbey established Lexta Ghana Limited in 2002 on his return to Ghana after over 10 years stay in the United Kingdom. Martin is a level-headed entrepreneur whose leadership and interpersonal skills has seen Lexta grow from its inception to become a leader in the home and personal care industry locally and beyond.

Martin is a product of Opoku Ware School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. His passion lies in marketing and the development of new products.

Board Member

Mr. Kojo Ohene-Kyei is the Chief Executive Officer of IFS Financial Services Limited, a leading non-bank financial institution founded in 2006 in Ghana.

An astute finance professional, Kojo has rich and extensive experience in the finance industry spanning corporate banking, risk management, corporate governance and business transformation gained over 30 years in various finance capacities.

He has handled top management and leadership roles including Deputy Risk Management Director, Business Banking Director and Country Credit Director, all at Barclays Bank, Ghana.

Kojo is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Ghana and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in UK. He also holds an MBA from Henley Management College, UK.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of IFS Capital Management, a subsidiary of IFS Financial Services, and a Non-Executive Director of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (Plant Genetic Resources Research Institute).

Mrs. Asare-Yeboah is an accomplished banker with over 19 years senior management experience in the banking sector with HFC Bank Ghana Limited. Mary served with the bank in various capacities starting as a Senior Finance Officer to Head Banking Operations, a role she held until her retirement in 2013.

Board Member

Mr. Ebo Hammond holds a BSc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School, UK. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing-UK and is currently a 3rd Year PhD candidate at the University of Ghana Business School.

Ebo has a host of professional qualifications to his credit including Certificate in Vehicle Fleet Management (UK), Postgraduate Certificate in Physical Distribution (Japan), Certificate in World Bank Procurement of Goods (Ghana), Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (South Africa), Executive Certificate in Logistics and Distribution Management (Singapore), among others.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and a part-time university lecturer in Logistics, Supply Chain and Strategy. He has been very instrumental in the phenomenal growth of professional education in logistics and transport in Ghana through the CILT professional courses in about ten accredited universities, institutes and polytechnics.

Ebo is currently the Executive Secretary of CILT Ghana and a Deputy Director in charge of Transportation Management at the Ghana Health Service.

Mrs. Yvonne Brobbey

Board Member

Mrs. Brobbey is an accomplished entrepreneur with a rich experience in marketing and customer service. She gained her customer service skills while working with Natwest in the UK.

Yvonne was very instrumental in the building of the YAZZ brand. She successfully led various marketing campaigns across the country at the inception of Lexta Ghana Limited.

Currently, Yvonne owns and manages Ivie Collections, a high-end fashion boutique that stocks both local and foreign clothes. She was also the brain behind Fresherz Eatery, located in East Legon, Accra.

Board Member

Samuel has over 26 years’ experience in the fields of Administration and Logistics management. He has previously worked in various capacities within the public service and with an international organization.

Samuel holds an MBA in Corporate Governance from the Australian Institute of Business, a Bachelor of Arts, and an Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport (CILT, UK).

He also serves as Director on the board of Capital & More Savings and Loans Limited.
