With a drive to push the African continent higher and a desire to ensure a clean and hygienic Africa, Mr. Martin Brobbey established Lexta Ghana Limited in 2002 on his return to Ghana after over 10 years stay in the United Kingdom. Martin is a level-headed entrepreneur whose leadership and interpersonal skills has seen Lexta grow from its inception to become a leader in the home and personal care industry locally and beyond.
Martin is a product of Opoku Ware School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. His passion lies in marketing and the development of new products.
Mr. Gideon Osae-Danso
Head of Operations & Logistics
Gideon is a highly versatile professional with over 14 years work experience mainly within the FMCG sector. Joining Lexta Ghana Limited in 2010, his exuberance and energetic attitude has significantly contributed to the growth of the Company over the years with respect to logistics and supply chain as well as sales within Ghana and other West African countries.
Gideon is currently pursuing a Generic MBA with the Australian Institute of Business and a Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in International Logistics and Transport (ADILT) UK from GIMPA. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, a member of Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders and a non executive Director of Bell’s International School.

He started his career with Unilever Ghana Limited where he worked for over six years in various capacities key among which are National Trade Category Manager for homecare and a Marked Development Country Manager for top end brands with Unilever market development for Central Africa.
From Unilever, Seth worked with Millicom Ghana Limited (Tigo) as Territory Manager for Tema, Volta and Eastern regions and Airtel Ghana Limited as Head of Sales and Distribution for Airtel Money, a role he held till he joined Lexta in 2016.
Seth holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with Political Science also from the University of Ghana.
Mrs. Ohenewaa Osei Pipim
Head of HR & Administration
Ohenewaa has oversight responsibility for the human capital and administrative functions at Lexta Ghana Limited. She joined Lexta in 2016 from Blu Telecommunications Limited where she worked as Human Resource Manager.
Ohenewaa is a multi-skilled professional with varied HR experience gained from several years of consulting for both multinational and local organisations across sectors through her career at KPMG in Ghana.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource from the University of Ghana Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Tec
